By purchasing from Tambok Philippines, you agree to the following:

1. Products
   All items sold are cosmetics and personal care products intended for external use only.

2. Orders
   Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

3. Payment
   Full payment must be made before shipping. We accept GCash, bank transfer, and other confirmed methods only.

4. Shipping
   Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers.

5. Returns and Refunds
   Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Defective or wrong items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

6. Privacy
   Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and communication.

7. Liability
   We are not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of the products. Always perform a patch test before full use.
